This would have been a 5 star review, but there were some issues. First of all, you should not have charged a diagnostic fee without letting the customer know ahead of time. You also are charging astronomical amounts for parts and labor. Last, I was promised a discount that did not take place. We realize this is a business and you need to make a profit, but please be reasonable with what you charge customers for parts. As an update, upon calling and speaking with Dan it seemed to resolve some concerns.

The guys at Miller Tires were fantastic. We had the ever so fun blowout on the freeway not once but twice and we were totally taken care of. I don’t live in this area (Oregon is home) but if I did I would gladly do business more frequently here. Even with the “adventure “ and stress we never felt like we were being pressured or even better we never felt like we were being taken advantage of while in such a vulnerable situation. Thank you Blake, Ted, and Andrew!! You guys totally ROCK!!

Thank you to Bill and Dustin for fixing my Infiniti. My car broke down while driving through Nebraska on my way to Canada and while every other auto body shop said they couldn’t look at it for a week, Bill said no problem! Dustin didn’t hesitate to do the work required and I was back on the road within a day and made it home safe and sound. Trustworthy, Honest, Dependable and Great Service!

I came in 2 weeks ago to get 2 tires fixed that were slowly leaking. I was told I needed rear brakes. Drivers side was worn down, passenger side was fine. Needed brakes and calipers. I had to come up with financing so I didn’t jump on it right away plus you guys just replaced these brakes barely a year prior. They started grinding the next day. Ended up learning how to change the brakes myself for $50 in parts instead of the $700+ I was quoted. And while doing that found 2 bent rims. Came to get the wheels warrantied out as I had purchased them from you about 6 months ago. Was told you could file the paperwork but nothing would be done by the company so I would just have to purchase more rims. I must have hit a curb or a pothole because I drive too rough. And the icing on the cake, your mechanics knew the wheels were bent when I came to get the tires fixed 2 WEEKS AGO! But y’all were so worried about getting more money from me to replace brakes that you sold that malfunctioned that no one bothered to tell me the rims were bent. You just keep taking advantage of a single mom by selling her overpriced products and parts that you won’t even stand behind. Act like you guys are doing m

Best place in all of Nebraska. They’ve done good work for me for years now always been real honest with me. All the technicians are great Danny and Bill and Dustin are amazing they have done it all for me engine swaps all the way down to oil changes great people.
